PERSONAL ASSISTANT | part-time | remote


the role:

This is a fully remote position open worldwide to eligible candidates.

We are looking for a Part-Time Virtual Personal Assistant to support our senior consultants and contribute to the smooth running of our operations.

The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Providing administrative support to senior consultants, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel.
  • Assisting with preparing and editing documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Handling email correspondence and respond to inquiries on behalf of the consultants.
  • Conducting research and compile information as requested.
  • Managing expenses and assist with invoicing and billing.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required to support the consultants

This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. While we do offer flexible working hours, we may require certain time commitments during regular EST working hours.

about you:

  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills required.
  • Experience in an administrative or personal assistant role is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Availability for up to 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work without independently and without supervision.
  • Experience working in a remote position a plus.
