client care SPECIALIST | full-time | remote
the role:
This is a fully remote position open worldwide to eligible candidates.
We are looking for a Full-Time Client Care Specialist to join our team and ensure our clients receive the highest level of customer service.
The Client Care Specialist will be responsible for:
- Serving as the main point of contact for clients, responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing support to clients, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Scheduling appointments and follow up with clients to confirm attendance and collect feedback.
- Managing client records and ensure accuracy of data.
- Working closely with senior consultants to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
- Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. While we do offer flexible working hours, we may require certain time commitments during regular EST working hours.

about you:
- Proficient written and verbal English language skills required.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or client care, preferably in a professional services setting.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using HelpScout, Asana, Salesforce, or Slack a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work without independently and without supervision.
- Experience working in a remote position a plus.
