client care SPECIALIST | full-time | remote


the role:

This is a fully remote position open worldwide to eligible candidates.

We are looking for a Full-Time Client Care Specialist to join our team and ensure our clients receive the highest level of customer service.

The Client Care Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Serving as the main point of contact for clients, responding to emails in a timely and professional manner.
  • Providing support to clients, including addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Scheduling appointments and follow up with clients to confirm attendance and collect feedback.
  • Managing client records and ensure accuracy of data.
  • Working closely with senior consultants to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality.
  • Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify areas for improvement.

This is a fully remote position open to candidates worldwide. While we do offer flexible working hours, we may require certain time commitments during regular EST working hours.

about you:

  • Proficient written and verbal English language skills required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or client care, preferably in a professional services setting.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience using HelpScout, Asana, Salesforce, or Slack a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Availability to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
  • A high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills and ability to work without independently and without supervision.
  • Experience working in a remote position a plus.
